Innovative Railed Solar Mounting System

A smarter approach to railed solar mounting, designed to make installation faster, simpler, and more versatile.

The system installs using minimal tools and features an intuitive design that helps reduce installation time. Two rail profiles are available to accommodate varying wind and snow load requirements, providing flexibility for a wide range of projects and locations.

Rails are available in convenient 93-inch and 66-inch lengths, making them easier to ship, transport, store, and handle on the job site. Their manageable size also provides greater flexibility when configuring an array.

A unique internal splice system makes it possible to efficiently connect shorter rail sections. The economical splice installs without tools and fits completely inside the rail, keeping it clear of module clamps and mounting points.

The innovative 5050 Module Clamp functions as both a mid-clamp and end-clamp and is compatible with a wide range of solar modules. For a clean, finished appearance, optional Channel Clamps allow rails to be cut flush with the module frames at the ends of each row.

Open rail channels also provide built-in wire management, allowing PV cables and module-level power electronics (MLPE) wiring to be neatly routed inside the rails for a cleaner installation.

The system includes the mounting components needed for installation, with pipe and concrete supplied separately. Assembly is quick and straightforward, and the adjustable design makes it suitable for a variety of terrain conditions.
