Introducing a new generation of railed solar mounting technology, designed to make installation faster, easier, and more flexible.

The system features a streamlined design that requires minimal tools and makes assembly straightforward and intuitive. Two rail profiles are available to accommodate varying wind and snow load requirements.

Rails are offered in convenient 93-inch and 66-inch lengths, making them easier to ship, transport, store, and handle on the jobsite. The shorter rail lengths also help simplify shipping compared with traditional oversized racking systems.

A unique internal splice design allows shorter rails to be connected quickly and economically. The splice installs without tools and fits neatly inside the rail, so it does not interfere with module clamps or roof mounts.

The innovative 5050 Module Clamp serves as both a mid-clamp and an end-clamp, reducing the number of components needed during installation. For a clean, finished appearance, the optional Channel Clamp allows rails to be cut flush with the module frames at the ends of each row.

Open rail channels also provide convenient built-in wire management, allowing PV and module-level power electronics (MLPE) wiring to be routed neatly within the rails.

Ground Mount System

The system includes the mounting components needed for installation, with pipe and concrete supplied separately. Its versatile design allows for quick assembly and installation across a wide variety of terrain.

• Easy Installation: No welding or drilling required, and only two wrench sizes are needed for the system fasteners.

• UL 2703 Listed: Components meet UL 2703 requirements for bonding and grounding.

• Flexible Configuration: Supports expandable system sizes and tilt angles ranging from 0° to 45°.

• Clean Appearance: Easily adjustable for precise module alignment, even on uneven or irregular terrain.

• Integrated Wire Management: PV cables and module-level electronics wiring can be routed inside the rails for a cleaner installation.

• Built for Demanding Conditions: Designed for applications with wind speeds up to 170 MPH and ground snow loads up to 50 PSF.
